Purchases an arena team charter.

BuyPetition(arenaFormat, "teamName");

Arguments

arenaFormat

Number - index of the arena format; ascending from 1 for: 2v2, 3v3, 5v5, in that order.

teamName

String - name of the team you wish to purchase a charter for.
