This is no longer a part of the World of Warcraft API.

Pets now have talents rather than trainable skills.
It was removed in patch 3.0.

Gets the training point information about the current pet.

local totalPoints, pointsSpent = GetPetTrainingPoints();

Returns

totalPoints: Number - The total of points spent and points available.
pointsSpent: Number - The number of points spent.
