The huge wad of text that you scroll past and click "Accept" on when you first install the game or a new patch. It governs your license to use the World of Warcraft software which you paid $50 for. Usually shortened to EULA.

This is different from the "Terms of Use Agreement" (TUA) which applies while you are playing World of Warcraft.
