The huge wad of text that you scroll past and click "Accept" on when you first install the game or a new patch. It governs your license to use the World of Warcraft software. Usually shortened to EULA.

This is different from the "Terms of Use Agreement" (TUA) which applies while you are playing World of Warcraft.
