For games, Macro is a term that describes an action or command that run or executes other actions or commands, usable by hitting a button or key, or by clicking an on screen icon. In many games, players can create their own "macros" to run any set of commands they wish.

WildStar user interface supports user defined macros and allows for them to be set as buttons in their in-game toolbars. See WS Macros for more information.
