Bans a player from the specified channel. 

ChannelBan(channelName, playerName);
Arguments
(String channelName, String playerName)
channelName
The name of the channel to ban on
playerName
The name of the player to ban
Returns
nil
Example
ChannelBan("uimods", "Sembiance");
Result
Description
Bans player playerName from channel channelName.
