Performs a Taxi Time Test

Arguments

An argument of 0 or nil will turn off the taxi time test if it has previously been turned on.

Details

The purpose of this is to measure graphical performance of new areas during flight. Using this command will show a FPS meter, and say "Taxi Time Test ON". The next flight path you take, you will be unable to move the camera. Afterwards you will see statistics about your FPS during the flight path: Min, Max, and Avg FPS.
