Set the level of smoothing for sky textures (0-1)

Changing this setting
In-game, type the following
/console SkyCloudLOD setting
Alternatively, you can exit wow, open the Config.wtf file, and add the following line:
SET SkyCloudLOD setting
Notes
Setting this CVar to a value outside the 0-1 range disables sky texture smoothing completely.
