GameTooltip:SetInboxItem(index, attachIndex)

Arguments

index
Integer - The index of the message to get information from.
attachIndex
Integer - The index of the attachment to get information from. In the range of [1,ATTACHMENTS_MAX_RECEIVE(16)]
