Please include a reason when marking an article for cleanup; you can do this either as{{cleanup|<reason>}} or, if the reason contains an "=", as {{cleanup|reason=<reason with an =>}} (where = gives an '='). If used on an image, the template will automatically adapt to ask for a better image.
Don't forget to add the date as well you can do this with the second parameter {{cleanup|<reason>|<date>}} or, if the date contains an "=", as {{cleanup|date=<date with an "=">}}. Use Month Year format.
Tagged articles are placed in Category:Articles to clean up, while tagged images are placed in Category:Images to clean up.
