Unbans a player from the specified channel.
ChannelUnban(channelName, playerName);

- (String channelName, String playerName)
- channelName
- The name of the channel to remove the ban on
- playerName
- The name of the player to unban
- Returns
- nil
- Example
ChannelUnban("uimods", "alexyoshi");
- Result
- Description
- Unbans player playerName from channel channelName.
