- Begin turning left at this time

- Description
- The player begins turning left at the specified time. Units are thousandths of a second, current time is GetTime() * 1000, so TurnLeftStart(GetTime()*1000 + 1000); would cause you to start turning left in one second's time.
- As of 1.6, the time parameter seems to be ignored, and this function needs to be called as the result of a button press.
