Use this at the top of all general WoW dev information pages, (...NOT ones that are specific like Widgets, WoW API, UI XML, etc...)
This template mostly just floats {{Apinav}} table to the right and adds categories. Any pages with this template will be added to Category:WoW development.
Because so much of the existing documentation uses 'API' to refer to anyting related to development, we are using 'dev' here to mean something higher level. For example the World_of_Warcraft_API page refers to just the UI C/Lua interface, where there is certainly more to wow dev and customization than just this. Most other dev pages fall under game 'UI Customization' including Macros, which is arguably 'UI Customization', and they would use Uicustomization or something more specific. The only category of dev that doesn't really relate directly to Uicustomization is the 'Web API', which is the current purpose of this template.
