- Stop turning right at this time

- Description
- The player stops turning right at the specified time. Units are thousandths of a second, current time is GetTime() * 1000, so TurnRightStop(GetTime()*1000 + 2000); would cause you to stop turning right in two seconds' time.
- As of 1.6, the time parameter seems to be ignored, and this function needs to be called as the result of a button press.
