Returns the index of the currently selected friend.

friendIndex = GetSelectedFriend()

friendIndex

friendIndex: Integer - The index (1-based) of the friend which is currently selected (highlighted) on the friend list. Will return 0 if you have no friends.

This function is necessary because indexes can change in response to friend status updates.
