Places a collapsible (hide-able) navigation box for clustering related links on a wiki page. Used by Template:Navbox with collapsible groups and Template:Navbox with columns. See also Template:Collapsible.

Usage: title - text in the title bar, such as: 'Widget stuff'.; titleclass - applies an HTML class attribute to the title bar.; state [none|plain|off,hide|coll|collapsed] - 'none' disables collapsing, 'hide' starts as collapsed.
