: The player begins strafing right at the specified time. Units are thousandths of a second, current time is GetTime() * 1000, so StrafeRightStart(GetTime()*1000 + 1000); would cause you to start strafing right in one second's time. 
: As of 1.6, the time parameter seems to be ignored, and this function needs to be called as the result of a button press.
